Payment information: Processed securely via our payment processor (we do not store raw card data)
Bot training data: Files (PDF, DOCX, TXT) and URLs you upload to train your AI agents
Lead data: Name, email, phone number, and custom fields collected via chat widget interactions on your behalf

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates
for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude
text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information
will not be shared with any third parties.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages:
– You consent to receive mixed messaging including appointment
reminders, service updates, promotional offers, and account
notifications
– Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences
– Standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier
– You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
– Reply HELP for customer support information
– We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with
third parties for their marketing purposes

The AI Rush is a multi-tenant platform. Each agency’s data — including bot configurations, training files, leads, and conversation logs — is strictly isolated by tenant. No agency can access another agency’s data. All data is namespaced and access-controlled at the infrastructure level.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 90 days after account termination
Bot training data is retained until you delete it or close your account
Conversation and lead data is retained per your account settings and applicable legal requirements
Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 11).

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

Keep you logged in (session cookies)
Remember your preferences
Analyze platform and website usage

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality. We do not use cookies to track you across unaffiliated third-party websites.

Namespaced file storage per tenant to prevent cross-tenant data leakage

The AI Rush is intended for use by businesses and is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

The AI Rush is operated from Canada and serves users across North America. If you are accessing the platform from outside Canada or the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in those jurisdictions, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
