1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing renested.ai, creating an account, or purchasing a Renested plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Renested is a software platform built for solo Realtors and mortgage professionals in Canada and the United States. The Service includes Rover (an AI-assisted assistant), AI Agents that engage website and WhatsApp visitors, AI Lead Pages, Booking Pages, calendar and scheduling integrations, and access to the Private Renested Community hosted on Skool. Features, channels, and plan limits may change over time, and the live product and pricing pages control which features are currently available.
3. Not professional advice
You are responsible for complying with the laws, licensing rules, and codes of conduct that apply to your profession and jurisdiction, including consent and disclosure requirements for automated or AI-assisted communications (for example, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and applicable real estate and mortgage regulatory rules).
4. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create a Renested account.
- At launch, Renested accounts are intended for solo Realtors and mortgage professionals operating in Canada or the United States who hold any license required by their jurisdiction. Team and brokerage products may be offered later under separate terms.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at info@renested.ai of any unauthorized use.
5. Plans, fees, and payment
- Renested launches as a paid membership. There is no public free trial; you can review product demonstrations, plan details, and the community offering before purchasing.
- Plans (currently Starter, Pro, and Elite) and their prices, limits, and billing cadence (monthly or annual) are shown on the Pricing page before you purchase. Paid access begins once your initial purchase is successfully completed.
- Founder's Pricing: the first 100 eligible paying customers receive the approved Founder's rate for as long as their qualifying subscription remains continuously active, under the offer terms published on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Joining a pre-launch waitlist does not reserve a Founder place; eligibility is determined at the time of an eligible paid purchase. Treatment of a Founder place following a refund or cancellation will be published on the Pricing page, in these Terms, and in the Refund Policy before it applies to any account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will provide advance notice of any price increase before it applies to your next billing cycle.
- You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for all fees due. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.
6. Refunds and cancellation
- Your initial purchase includes a 30-day refund window measured from the date of purchase, subject to the exclusions and process set out in our separately published Refund Policy.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund for the current billing period outside the refund window described above.
- Access following cancellation is handled according to the plan and billing terms shown at purchase (for example, continued access through the end of a paid period).
- We reserve the right to change plan pricing and features prospectively, with notice as described in Section 5.
7. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or discriminatory purpose, including in a manner that would violate fair-housing, human-rights, or anti-discrimination law;
- Send unsolicited or non-compliant marketing messages through an AI Agent, or otherwise fail to obtain the consent and provide the disclosures required by applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, and messaging laws (including CASL, TCPA, and WhatsApp Business Policy);
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent that a client is speaking with a human when they are not;
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that infringes a third party's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or white-label the Service without our written permission;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it; or
- Use the Service to make or support lending, underwriting, valuation, or similarly regulated decisions without appropriate licensed human oversight.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, as described in Section 16.
8. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the content you upload to train or configure an AI Agent (for example, knowledge-base documents, listing information, and scripts) ("Your Content"). You grant Renested a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of Your Content and for reviewing and approving anything Rover prepares before it is published or sent to an end client. Conversation data collected from your end clients through your AI Agent is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and you are responsible for how you use that data in your own business, consistent with applicable law.
9. AI-generated content
Rover uses AI and large-language-model technology, which can occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate output. You must review AI-generated drafts, summaries, and proposed actions before relying on, publishing, or sending them. Renested does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content, and it is not a substitute for your own professional judgment or for licensed advice.
10. Third-party integrations
The Service may connect to third-party products, including Google Calendar, Calendly, and WhatsApp Business, and its MCP client may connect to a vetted catalog of additional integrations. Your use of a third-party integration is also governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services, or for any resulting loss.
11. Intellectual property
Renested, the Renested name and logo, Rover, and all related software, designs, and materials are owned by Renested or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own business during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, or reverse-engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except as permitted by law. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
12. Community
Paid plans include access to the Private Renested Community on Skool, along with structured education, group implementation sessions, and office hours at the published cadence. Your use of Skool is subject to Skool's own terms. Renested does not promise done-for-you setup and is not responsible for content posted by other community members.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that Rover's outputs will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renested and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost leads, or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Renested for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Renested and its officers, employees, and service providers from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law; (c) communications you send to end clients through an AI Agent, including any failure to obtain required consent or provide required disclosures; or (d) your violation of any third party's rights.
16. Term, suspension, and termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. You may cancel your account at any time as described in Section 6. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, and 18) will continue to apply.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as an email or in-product notice) before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Renested agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact us at info@renested.ai so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
19. General provisions
- Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms shown at purchase, form the entire agreement between you and Renested regarding the Service.
- Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure: neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- Notices: we may provide notices to you by email or through the Service; you may provide notices to us at info@renested.ai.
20. Text messages from Rover
Rover by Renested sends text messages to members who verify their mobile number and choose text messaging in their settings. Messages are replies to the member and notifications the member has chosen. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or change the setting in the app. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Support: support@renested.ai. Reply STOP to cancel.
